Privacy Charter
Effective Date: October 2026
The Slotto Club Syndicate operates on a foundation of absolute trust and mathematical transparency. This Privacy Charter delineates our uncompromising commitment to the protection, ethical handling, and secure storage of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and financial records. We recognize that discretion is paramount for our membership.
1. Data Collection Scope and Methodology
To facilitate a secure and regulatory-compliant concierge experience, we are obligated to collect specific categories of information from our Members. This collection is limited strictly to what is necessary for operational integrity.
- Identity Verification Data: During the mandatory KYC process, we collect your full legal name, date of birth, and photographic identification (e.g., driver's license or passport) to confirm you meet the 18+ age requirement and reside in a permitted jurisdiction.
- Contact Information: We store your registered email address, secure phone number, and residential address to enable direct concierge communication regarding draw outcomes, account security alerts, and payout notifications.
- Financial Transaction Records: We record the history of your syndicate participation, including lines reserved, fractions owned, deposits made, and payouts processed. This ledger data is vital for ensuring accurate distribution of winnings and complying with anti-money laundering regulations.
- Technical and Session Data: For security monitoring, we log IP addresses, device identifiers, and login timestamps to detect and prevent unauthorized access to your member account.
2. Third-Party Sharing and Regulatory Disclosure
The Slotto Club does not, under any circumstances, sell, rent, or commercialize your personal data to unauthorized third-party marketers. Information sharing is restricted exclusively to essential operational partners and legal authorities.
- Payment Processors: We share necessary transaction details with our encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant banking partners to facilitate secure deposits and execute withdrawal requests.
- Independent Draw Auditors: While the RNG engine is audited externally, we do not share individual member identities with auditing bodies; they verify the mathematical integrity of the system and the aggregate syndicate structures, not individual participants.
- Regulatory Authorities: We are legally mandated to cooperate with Australian gaming regulators, tax authorities, and law enforcement agencies. We will disclose member information if required by a valid subpoena, court order, or formal regulatory directive pertaining to fraud or AML investigations.
3. Member Anonymity and Public Disclosure
We respect the privacy of our winning members. The Slotto Club enforces a strict policy regarding the public disclosure of payouts.
- Default Anonymity: By default, all syndicate winners remain entirely anonymous to the public and to other members outside their specific private pool. We refer only to 'Tier Level' or 'Share Count' in our public insights.
- Opt-Out Protocol: Should a member win a significant jackpot, they possess the absolute right to decline any promotional use of their name or likeness. The Concierge team will explicitly confirm your disclosure preferences before any internal or external announcement is drafted.
4. Data Retention, Security, and Erasure
Your data is protected by enterprise-grade security architecture. We retain data only for as long as legally and operationally necessary.
- Encryption Standards: All PII and financial data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards and transmitted via secure TLS protocols.
- Retention Periods: We are required by Australian financial regulations to retain transactional records and KYC documentation for a minimum of seven (7) years following the closure of an account.
- Right to Erasure: Members have the right to request the deletion of their non-essential personal data. To exercise your right to be forgotten, or to request a full export of your held data, please submit a formal request via the secure portal on the Concierge Desk page.
This Privacy Charter may be updated periodically to reflect changes in regulatory requirements. Members will be notified via email of any material modifications to our data handling practices.
